Our 30 day Free Trial provides an opportunity for you to test drive GMI/Empliant and experience all that our Online Survey and Forms application delivers. This is a full version of the software, not a “dumbed down” trial. We believe the best way for you to make a purchase decision is to give you access to all our features, analytics and reporting tools. The only restriction is a limit of 5 unique surveys, with a 50 response limit per survey during the free trial period. With a paid subscription, you may create and deploy an unlimited number of surveys with an unlimited number of responses.
To begin your Free Trial, select your desired package above. We will send you login credentials, a Quick Start Guide, and other instructions, and you will be set up to use your Free Trial within 1-2 business days. Though we collect your credit card information when you sign up for a Free Trial, your payment will not be processed until the end of your free trial period, or if you contact us sooner to begin your Unlimited paid subscription. You may cancel your Free Trial or a monthly paid subscription at any time. An annual paid subscription may only be cancelled after 12 months. There are no refunds for annual paid subscriptions cancelled prior to the 12 month subscription period. Annual subscriptions save you 10% and automatically renew on the Anniversary date.
Terms & Conditions
All charges displayed above are per licensed user, with unique login credentials. No user login ID or password sharing is permitted. Each user must be covered by a separate subscription license*.
Monthly subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. After your first annual paid subscription, you may choose to convert to a month to month subscription if you notify us before the end of your annual paid subscription.
The same features of the Online Survey and Forms Application apply to each Subscription Plan.
